Overview

This section documents the public API of credencegraph. The API is experimental: until 1.0, any minor release may change it.

Main Sections

  • Core – Graph, nodes, relations, credences and JSON I/O.
  • Semantics – Conditional probability tables and compiling a graph into a network.
  • Inference – Exact engines and the four query types.
  • Diagnostics – Structural checks (missing parameters, unanchored variables and correlated support), the claims check for overclaims and underclaims, and the weak points of a target: sensitivity, crux, single points of failure, failure impact and value of information.
  • Utility – Utility functions.
